As Rafans, April is one of our favorite months, because clay season finally starts, and with it comes the return of the King of Clay. Rafa has started practicing in Mallorca (see the video here) on his beloved red clay. He has 600 points to defend in Monte Carlo, and should he win back the title from Novak Djokovic, he can add an additional 400 points.

The week was reserved for Davis Cup players such as Roger Federer and Stanislas Wawrinka, who spearheaded a shaky win for their country to reach the semifinals, and Andy Murray, who gave his very best but will once again enter the World Group playoffs along with Spain in September.
