A partir del lunes, comienza el Torneo de Masters 1000 en Cincy.
Es el último torneo de cancha dura de Masters 1000 antes del US OPEN. Por este motivo tiene una gran importancia, ya que aprovechan los principales jugadores, los que tienen un chance en el US OPEN, para jugar en esta superficie y llegar con algunos partidos bajo el brazo al último Grand Slam del año.

Number two Andy Murray will be looking to bounce back from a poor effort last week in Montreal where he lost in the third round. The third seed is David Ferrer with Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer seeded fourth and fifth respectively. Federer will be trying to win the Western & Southern Open for the sixth time in his career. Federer defeated Djokovic in last year’s final.
